What is a seat map?
A seat map is a visual seating chart of the venue from which the buyer selects a numbered seat. It enables reserved (numbered) seating instead of general admission.
Reserved seats are essential for theatres, concert halls and arenas where every attendee has a specific seat. A good seat map shows availability in real time, supports price categories and prevents double bookings.
In Lippunet you build the seat map once and use it both online and at the door; the buyer sees free seats and picks their own visually.
