Ticket service fees
A clear service fee based on the ticket price. Include it in the ticket price or charge it to the buyer — your choice.

* Free tickets are free under a fair-use policy. They are meant for genuine free events and complimentary tickets, not for avoiding the service fee. Exceptionally large free-ticket volumes are agreed separately.
Pricing FAQ
How much does the ticketing system cost?
No setup or monthly fees. You only pay a clear service fee on each ticket sold — from 1.50 € depending on the ticket price. Add-on sales carry a 7% service fee on the product price. Free tickets are free under a fair-use policy.
Who pays the service fee?
You decide. You can include the service fee in the ticket price or add it for the buyer at checkout — whichever suits your event best.
Are there separate setup fees?
No. Setup, helpdesk and ticket scanning are included in the service. For high volumes and venues we tailor a dedicated service fee and tell you all costs openly in advance.
Can online sales be combined with box office?
Yes. The same system supports both online ticket sales and box office, giving you the full picture from one place.
